I’m REALLY EXCITED about it, too! I must be getting old, ne? My husband (haha, I can say that legally now!) helped me as he is very good with numbers and conscientious about his money. I think it will work out nicely. I’m going to be using a cash envelope system for everything that isn’t a bill I pay online (like my phone bill). I think it will help me a lot! While I am not in the red and don’t have trouble with my money, I’d like to be more conscientious about it because in a few years we’ll be looking at buying houses, and I’d like to be ready for that sort of thing. Plus, I like having money in savings. It makes me feel very “grown up” and reassured. (:

I also worked out a menu for this week so I can quickly and efficiently grocery-shop tomorrow! Very excited about that, too.
